Comparaison entre les systèmes d’air du moteurs JT8D et CFM56-7B

Abstract

Résumé L'objectif de notre travail est de faire une étude comparative entre deux circuits d'air de deux moteurs, en l'occurrence, le JT8D qui appartient à l'ancienne génération, et le CFM56-7B qui appartient à la nouvelle génération. Grâce a une étude descriptive des deux moteurs, on a pu comprendre et voir clairement leurs différents composants. Cependant le but est aussi de comprendre le principe de fonctionnement des circuit d'air des ces deux moteurs.

Abstract The eim of our work is the comparative study between the air systems of the engines CFM56-7B and JT8D, after the descriptive study of engine wich allows us to sec clearly the different composites of these two engines, however the reason is to show the main fuctions for their air systems, also the methodology of maitenance for the engine JT8D.

ملخص الموضوع المقدم يهدف إلى دراسة ومقارنة بين النظاميتين الهوائيتين لكل من المحركين . CFM56-7B JT8D ومن أجل هذا تناول الموضوع لمحة تاريخية عن المحركين مع تقديم وصف لأهم العناصر المكونة لهما . وبعدها تطرقنا إلى عرض مفصل لكل من النظامين الهوائيين . في المحور الثالث تم تقديم أنواع الصيانات الموجودة وكيفية تطبيقها على المحرك JT8D وأهم أنواع الأعطاب ( الخسائر) التي يتعرض لها هذا الأخير. في المحور الأخير تم تقديم المقارنة مع استنتاج النظام الهوائي لكفؤ حيث استخلصنا مدى التقدم التكنولوجي للنظام الهوائي للمحرك 73-CFM56 بالنسبة إلى النظام الهوائي للمحرك JT8D.
