Abstract

La faisabilité des soins et des actes chirurgicaux chez les patients sous chimiothérapie dépend des bilans sanguins .L‘objectif principal de ce travail est d’évaluer le retentissement de la perturbation des bilans sanguins chimio-induite sur la faisabilité des soins dentaires. La première partie présente les généralités, les indications et les modalités de la chimiothérapie. La deuxième partie explique la toxicité hématologique liée à la chimiothérapie. La troisième partie détaille les différentes conséquences stomatologiques liés à la chimiothérapie et leur prise en charge. La quatrième partie traite la prise en charge odontologique des patients sous chimiothérapie. La dernière partie : étude épidémiologique concernant les effets indésirables odonto- stomatologiques liés à la chimiothérapie en fonction des bilans sanguins. Abstract : The feasibility of care and surgical procedures in patients undergoing chemotherapy depends on blood tests. The main objective of this work is to assess the impact of the disruption of chemo-induced blood tests on the feasibility of dental care. The first part presents the generalities, indications and modalities of chemotherapy. The second part explains the haematological toxicity related to chemotherapy. The third part details the different stomatological consequences related to chemotherapy and their management. The fourth part deals with the odontological management of patients undergoing chemotherapy. The last part : epidemiological study concerning the undesirable odonto-stomatological effects linked to chemotherapy according to blood tests.
