Élaboration d’un projet d’instructi on de certification d’aérodrome d’Alger H.B de code 4-F

Abstract

Résumé Dans cette thèse, nous avons exploité le nouveau concept de certification d’aérodromes adopté par l’DACM e n Avril 2010, e st mis en vigueur e n mai 2010 po ur certifier l’aérodrome d’Alger (DAAG) en code (4-F).Pour cela nous avons commencé notre travail par une généralité qui englobe des généralités sur les aérodromes et une présentation de la compagnie (AIR ALGERIE), ensuite, nous avons décris le cadre réglementaire de certification d’aérodromes selon les exigences (OACI et DACM), après , nous avons rédigé les étapes du processus de certification appliqué en Algérie , finalement , on a appliqué ce processus sur l’aérodrome d’Alger afin de déterminer les actions correctives pour qu’il soit certifier en code(4-F).

Summary In this thesis, we exploited the new concept of certification of aerodromes adopted by the DACM in April 2010, is put into force in May 2010 to certify the aerodrome of Algiers (DAAG) in code (4-F).For that we began our work with a general information which includes general information on the aerodromes and a presentation of the company (AIR ALGERIE), then, we have described the lawful framework of certification of aerodromes according to requirements' (ICAO and DACM), afterwards, we wrote the stages of the process of certification applied in Algeria, finally, we applied this process to the aerodrome of Algiers in order to determine the corrective actions so that to be certify into code(4-F).
