Résumé:
This thesis aims to study the feasibility of constructing a runway dedicated to aerial firefighting
operations and to define its technical, regulatory, and operational parameters. In the first part,
the selection criteria for the site are identified, based on topographic, meteorological, and
accessibility considerations. The design of the runway is carried out in compliance with
national and international regulations, particularly with regard to safety, dimensions, and
obstacle clearance. In the second part, the study focuses on the analysis of forecasted air traffic
and the operational capacity of the platform, taking into account the performance of the aircraft
used, the frequency of take-offs, and water refilling times. Finally, the necessary technical
documents for the implementation of the project—such as the master plan, obstacle limitation
plan, and signage plan—are developed, with the objective of ensuring a functional, safe, and
regulation-compliant infrastructure
