spermatozoïdes in vitro.
technique de récolte du liquide folliculaireReproductive disorders are among the most difficult to analyze and to control because of
their multifactorial origin and the often important delay between causes and their effects .
Knowing that postpartum is a key period for a better fertility, it is therfore intersting to be
able to highlight the impact of the pathologies most common during this period on
reproduction and in what proportions they intervene.
Our study was done on 30 dairy cows belonging to 3 farms located in the town of Fréha,
wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. It consisted in making monthly visits and the collection of informations
on the behavior of breeding, presence of the pathologies and those relating to events of
reproduction
According to our results the ketosis rate is 67% in second position the acidosis with rate of
40% then come the placental retentions, the subclinical mastitis, the clinical mastitis, the
metritis, the alcalosis and the hypocalcemia at rates of 6%, 30%, 6%, 3%, 6%, 3% respectively
and finaly lameness that includes 13% failure plumb and 40% laminitis. The TRIA1 and the
rate of cows requiring more than three AI are 46,66% and 23,33% respectively.
The present study shows that fertility is very bad in the 3 farms and pathologies common
during the postpartum period have a negative impact on the reproductive life of animals. |
