Suivi des bagages à l'aéroport

Abstract

Résumé L'objectif recherché à travers cette étude est la conception d'une application informatique qui va permettre au passager de connaitre la position de son bagage et ainsi le suivre en temps quasi-réel et à des points clés (à savoir au check-in, dans l'avion, arrivé à destination...). Pour se faire, nous avons utilisé le programme Django (pour le serveur) et flutter pour développer cette application. Ce service donnera au client de la compagnie une tranquillité et moins de stress vis-à-vis de son bagage, donc il aura un voyage plus agréable, ceci installera une confiance (passager- compagnie et passager-aéroport) ce qui permettra d'augmenter les bénéfices de ses entreprises vu qu'elles seront privilégiées par ce même passager.

Abstract The objective pursued through this study is the design of a computer application that will allow the passenger to know the location of their luggage and thus track it in near real-time and at key points (namely at check-in, on the plane, upon arrival at the destination...). To achieve this, we used the Django program (for the server) and Flutter to develop the application. This service will provide customers of the airline with peace of mind and reduce stress regarding their baggage, resulting in a more enjoyable journey. It will establish trust between the passenger, the airline, and the airport, leading to increased profits for these companies as they will be favored by the same passengers. ملخص الهدف المسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة هو تصميم تطبيق حاسوبي يتيح للمسافر معرفة موقع حقيبته وبالتالي تتبعها في الوقت الفعلي تقريبًا وفي النقاط الرئيسية ( على سبيل المثال في عملية تسجيل الوصول، على متن الطائرة عند وصولها إلى الوجهة...). لتحقيق ذلك، استخدمنا برنامج دجانقو للخادم و فلاتر لتطوير التطبيق . سوف توفر هذه الخدمة راحة البال لعملاء شركة الطيران وتقلل من الضغوط المتعلقة بالأمتعة، مما يؤدي إلى رحلة أكثر متعة ستساهم في بناء الثقة بين الراكب وشركة الطيران والمطار، مما سيؤدي إلى زيادة الأرباح لهذه الشركات حيث سيتم تفضيلها من قبل الركاب نفسهم.
