Valorisation des produits d'extraction de deux plantes médicinales de la famille des cistaceaes et étude des activités biologiques

Abstract

Ce travail rentre dans le cadre de valorisation des plantes algériennes utilisées en médecine traditionnelle .Pour cela nous avons réalisé l'extraction des huiles essentielles de la partie aeriene de deux plantes ;Cistus albidus , Cistus monspliensis ; appartennants du genre Cistus ,la famille de Cistaceae ; Et la préparation des differents extraits (infusé , extrait de polyphénol ) ;Ainsi que la caractérisation de ces derniers par des tests photochimiques qui permettent la détermination des principaux métabolites secondaires isolés des espèces étudiées de ce genre, dont le but de la valorisation et l'identification des principes actifs de ce genre,et la caractérisation par le spectrophotomére infra-rouge ; et en dernierl'étude de leurs activités biologiques (antibactérienne ; anti-oxydante ;anti-inflammatoire ; antispasmodique ; et hypoglycemiante ). Les résultats des tests phytochimiques des infusés de deuxplantes indiquent la richesse des deux éspeces en : Tanin ; Flavonoides ; anthocyanes et de mucilage.Les activités biologiquesdes deux plantes sont très acceptables en comparaison avec les produits références. Abstract : This work comes within the framework of valorization of the Agerien plants used in traditional medicine. For this we made the extraction of the essential oils of the aerial parts of two plants Cistus albidus ,Cistus monspliensis .belonging to the genus :Cistus ,the family of cistaceae .and the preparation of the various extracts (infused ,extracts of the polyphenols)as well the characterization of the latter by phytochimical tests, which allow the determination of the principal isolated secondary metabolites of the species studied, the purpose of active ingredients of this genre. The results of phytochimical tests of the infuse of two plants indicate the richness of two specis in: Tanin, Flavonoids, anthocyanins and muscilage. Biological activities of two plants are very acceptable in comparison with the reference products. La caracterization by infrared spectrophotometry and lastly the study of their biological activities (anti-bacterial, anti-oxydant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and hypersonic)
