Abstract: This work presents a model of ZnO resistance as a function of CO concentration using an inverse power law R=R0(T)⋅C −n(T) , at three temperatures: 100°C, 200°C, and 300°C. Theparameters R0 and n, derived from experimental data, are temperature-dependent. The results demonstrate good agreement with observed values and enable improved prediction and analysis of sensor behavior
