Résumé:
Electronic card manufacturers are faced with the requirement of quality control and the
shortening of their time to market. This requires an efficient and rapid quality control process,
and therefore a well-adapted test strategy. In any manufacturing process, tests are normally
carried out on the product, the tests are carried out in two phases, a first one consists of
electrically testing all the components soldered on the PCB and a second phase in which the
operation of the whole assembly is assessed. In this context, we have proposed a diagnostic
system for electronic boards by impedance measurement (ICT).
The realized system consists of a measurement circuit based on an Arduino Uno, this circuit
connected to a user interface to display and detect the defective components. The device
produced is capable of measuring a range of resistances ranging from 100Ὼ to 50kῺ .the results
of the tests carried out on the system produced are conclusive and allow in perspective to
improve the measuring device in order to be able to measure the impedances L, C.
