dc.description.abstract |
In the electronics industry and particularly in the chains of insertion and assembly of
electronic components there are several constraints, among them, there is the phenomenon of
electrostatic discharges known to deteriorate the quality of electronic circuits and generate
significant repair costs. In this work we have proposed an electronic system, to be placed on a
chain having assembly and insertion, the purpose of which is to detect non-compliance in the
implementation of the means of prevention against electrostatic discharge. We proceeded to
the design and the realization of an electronic circuit and also developed the program part on
microcontroller. The system implemented consists of checking the correct connection of the
antistatic bracelet and causing an automatic stop of the chain in the opposite case, indicating
with the help of a red light the original location of the problem. |
