Résumé:
Photovoltaic Solar Energy is currently experiencing significant growth and offers an ideal
solution for water supply, especially in remote and isolated areas where there is no electricity
grid. The use of photovoltaic energy for water pumping is considered one of the most
promising areas of its application. The presented study focuses on the optimization of the use
of photovoltaic energy in a pumping system without the use of batteries.
This work proposes two methods for sizing photovoltaic pumping systems. The first is based
on analytical calculations, while the second uses interactive software called PVsyst. These
two methods make it possible to size a photovoltaic pumping installation to meet specific
water needs. They are mainly based on the assessment of the water needs, the calculation of
the hydraulic energy required, the determination of the solar energy available and the choice
of the appropriate components.
