Résumé:
The project carried out within the scope of this dissertation aims to conduct an in-depth study and
implement a control software for voltage regulation of a permanent magnet synchronous machine
operating as an alternator, whether under no-load or load conditions. To achieve this, we will use a
conventional control technique known as Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control.
In the initial phase, we will address the general concepts related to power plants. Next, we will provide
a detailed description of the structure and operation of the alternator. Subsequently, we will proceed
with the modeling of the alternator to ensure voltage regulation using the SIMULINK/MATLAB
environment. The obtained results will then be applied to programming in TIA Portal, ensuring the
inclusion of an appropriate supervision system.
