dc.description.abstract |
In the food industry, production lines are supported by auxiliary installations, such as the
Auxiliary Chilled Water Tower used in a pasta production line. This tower provides a high flow
of chilled water through a system comprising a closed cooling gas circuit, a closed water circuit
and a ventilation tower. A gas compressor, redundant water pumps and fans ensure its operation.
The aim of this end-of-study project is to replace the electronic control boards with an automated
system based on Siemens PLC+HMI in the water cooling machine at the SIM company in Blida
Aïn Romana Commune de Mouzaïa. |
