Résumé:
Medicinal plants have provided medicine with very effective medicines. Among these
different plants, we studied the plant of carya illinoinensis (pecans) in order to prove the
activity of blood coagulation in the phenolic compounds of bark and DBAM of pecans.
After the bark and DBAM have been harvested and ground, both compounds are sieved
using an electric sieve. The methods used for the extraction of these compounds are:
ultrasonic assisted extraction and soxhlet extraction, the best efficiency is obtained by the
soxhlet extraction method.
The qualitative analysis carried out by phytochemical screening and quantitative analysis
revealed the presence of phenolic compounds, tannins, flavonoids… in methanol extracts
of DBAM and bark.
The stability of the emullgel prepared from the methanol extracts of the bark and DBAM is
confirmed by the control of the finished product and the rheological study.
