Résumé:
This study aims to evaluate the physicochemical and bacteriological quality of water
at the municipality of kouba, taking into consideration the problems related to the
distribution of water namely the corrosion of pipes.to achieve this objective, water
samples were taken at different water points such as: raw water, production plants as
well as water storage places, The results obtained during this study indicate that the
physicochemical quality of water on the samples analysed is in compliance with the
standards, on the other hand ,at a microbiological level, the search and enumeration
of bacteria revealed a rate of 22% of non-conformity from which these waters can
only be consumed after a confirmation to affirm the results obtained.in terms of
aggressiveness and corrosion of the materials in contact with water, the Langelier
and Larson indication show that the water produced by El-Hamma station has
corrosion and significant aggression, when water distributed by the SPIK and the field
capturing Baraki, they a significant potential for scaling and corrosion.
