Résumé:
The unleaded gasoline industry is constantly evolving to meet the increasing demand for
environmentally friendly and high-quality products. In this context, this present work
focuses on the modeling and optimization of unleaded gasoline. The main objective is to
develop mathematical models to predict their characteristics based on the concentrations of
different components. The optimal formula obtained consists of 45% reformate, 10%
isomerate, 35% gasoline, 5% naphtha, and 5% MTBE. Experimental tests have confirmed
that this formula meets the required specifications, with an octane rating of 95, a density of
0.7715 kg/m³, and a Reid vapor pressure of 0.722 bar.
