Résumé:	Summary: The failure modes, theirs effects and their Criticality analysis (FMECA) was born in aeronautics in the end years 1960. Today is the tool motor coach of the reliability centred maintenance The objective of our work is to analyze the essential stages to make a study FMECA to supervise the critical points and to retain intervals of preventive maintenance. The principle of this structural and rational methodology is to identify the materials whose modes of failure have significant consequences on the objectives of the company (productivity, safety, quality, cost...) to establish a program of preventive maintenance.
