Matériaux intelligents pour les composants optoélectroniques (AlGaSb/AlSb)

Abstract

The aim of this work is to conduct a study on the intersubband transitions and the absorption coefficient of quantum well structures based on AlGaSb/AlSb ternary. We are first interested in studying the basic optoelectronic properties that define this system. Then, we investigated the effect of introducing Aluminium on the intersubband absorption coefficient.
