Résumé: The purpose of this work is to formulate a multi-purpose shampoo for the hair, body and face called: «3 in 1» shampoo without parabens, without dyes and with extracts of ginger and saffron which are among the best aromatic substances. beneficial widely used in Algeria. Biological, rheological and physicochemical studies of the manufactured sample have shown that the results meet the standards of local and foreign markets, with excellent quality that rivals several well-known brands in the local and imported market, as it is at the consumer measure. taste, requirements and income.
